Cancellation policy
My goal is to provide quality treatments in a timely manner. In order to do so, I have implemented a cancellation policy. This is to protect my business & to utilize appointment space for clients. Missed appointments & late cancellations cost my business a lot of money.
Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another client the opportunity to have an appointment. This policy enables me to better utilize available appointments for my clients.
At the time of booking your appointment you will be asked to confirm your appointment on my booking system Fresha with a card, this secures your appointment. (No payment is taken until day of your appointment)
If you need cancel/rearrange you appointment please do this as with a minimum notice of 48 hours. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment a 50% charge of the total booking will be automatically be taken, a no show will incur 100% charge of the total booking & you will be blocked from making any further appointments until these fees are paid.
Time has been specifically reserved for your appointment & stock paid for.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must notify me at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to give me time to fill the appointment. However, providing less than 48 hours’ notice will require you to pay a 50% cancellation fee. A no show will incur 100% cancellation fee. If however I manage to fill your late appointment slot I will carry your cancellation fee across to your next appointment.
If you arrive late for your appointment or decide to change your appointment on the day, it is considered treatment time and you will still be charged for your full appointment. however I will always try to give you maximum time if you are late.
